Jennifer Prieur
With more than 26 years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, Jennifer Prieur serves as an Executive Officer of GenTech Comfort Solutions Inc, overseeing strategic planning, business development, customer relations, project coordination, and daily operations. Throughout her career, she has help multiple roles within the industry, beginning in office administration for a large HVAC parts supplier before advancing into dispatch operations and ultimately helping build multiple successful HVAC service businesses from the ground up.
Jennifer has extensive experience developing and managing business departments, creating policies, procedures, and operational protocols that support efficiency, accountability, and long-term growth across multiple states. She has overseen digital marketing initiatives, managed large-scale commercial clients, led cross-functional teams, and implemented systems that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational performance. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to service excellence.
In addition to her business leadership experience, Jennifer has worked closely with local trade schools to mentor individuals pursuing careers in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, helping support workforce development, and the next generation of skilled professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Education, bringing a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, and people-focused expertise to the organization. Her commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and community engagement helps drive GenTech Comfort Solutions' success while ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality service throughout Southern California.
Alexis Prieur
Alexis Prieur brings more than six years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, specializing in commercial account management, operations leadership, and customer relations. She has successfully managed large commercial accounts while leading teams in a fast-paced environment that demands strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
As a former Chief Operations Officer and Head of Human Resources, Alexis oversaw daily business operations, employee development, and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence. She plays a key role in developing and implementing company policies, procedures, and operational protocols that improv efficiency, accountability, and service consistency.
Alexis is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in Psychology, Criminology, and Early Childhood Studies, further strengthening her leadership, problem-solving, and people-focused expertise. Her commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service helps support GenTech Comfort Solutions' mission of delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC and refrigeration solutions throughout Southern California.
